I have just sold my flat in Northolt with The Greenford branch , and the excellent staff there saved my sanity during the extremely stressful process . Zake was the agent who worked on the sale but I was also helped by Hassan . My sale took nearly a year and due to slow solicitors and dealing with Network Homes the first one fell through after 6 months . Zake re sold it in the first set of new viewings . Without Zake and Hassan I would have known nothing about what was going on . They knew information and shared with me before my solicitor knew ( they were the ones who told me the exchange date ) , always called me , always answered their phones and got back to me . This is not Hassan’s deal so I’m sure he is receiving no commission for this , yet he was an amazing , helpful , effective and helpful extremely competent support . I sold my chat due to a sudden death in my family and these are just two really nice guys who obviously went out of their way to help me in a difficult time of my life , in a stressful process . If you have to go through the selling process which is awful , do it with these guys . Thanks to them both

I've been dealing with a lot of lettings agents in the course of trying to find a rental property and I can honestly say that the quality of service provided by Haart Greenford's agent David Prince is unrivalled. I have a tendency of asking a lot of questions during viewings and he was able to give me a lot of in-depth details about the property and has been helping me out immensely in navigating the process of placing an offer on the rental unit that I am interested in. I would really like to appreciate his efforts in trying to make the lettings process less complicated for me, as a first time renter.

Since recently I have been looking to buy a property desperately and along with some other estate agents am dealing with Haart - Hassan. Hassan has been extremely supportive. He seems to be helping me keenly to find a suitable property. (I hope, Hassan!) I have liked one property in particular but they say my offer is not good enough. Let me see how it goes. Even if this does not work out for me ultimately or I may not buy any property from them, Hassan has gained huge respect from me. He is simple, friendly, polite and, the best quality I liked of him is he listens intently to the customers and considers their views. You can fully rely on him. Out of all the local estate agents in Greenford, I found Rukhsana very straight forward, she's now left the company, Hassan Ali was the person dealing directly with getting a buyer for me. The 1st buyers pulled out at the last minute and Hassan managed to find another buyer quickly, at one point I felt that he was not doing his job, but he proved me wrong. I'd highly recommend them.
