Nothing was too much trouble for my negotiator Syar who went above and beyond to ensure that any and everything I needed was done. I am extremely grateful for all the hard work that he put in and would fully recommend that you go and see him if you ever want help in renting a property. GoogleI have recently put my property on the market with Haart. My experience of dealing with Haart estate agents Greenford has been very positive. I found them very professional, polite and courteous at all times. They showed great deal of interest in my property unlike some of the other estate agents that are in the area. I was able to trust them with my property and felt comfortable and secure in the knowledge that Haat had my best interest at heart at all times. Finally I would recommend to any one thinking of putting their property on the market to give Haat the responsibility to market their property for them.

GoogleI've had over 25 voicemails harassing me to advertise my flat letting with them. They literally scour through Gumtree and Facebook and cold call landlords. I wouldn't mind a phone call but over 25. Absolutely disgraceful.

GoogleNothing but praise for David Prince when for showing me a property I’m very interested in - professionalism with a distinct personal touch - very refreshing indeed. Knowing the interest I had in this property, David showed the patience when I was not able to make it, and the persistence in ensuring I would still have my viewing, for which I am very grateful. His openness and honesty during the viewing left me confident about my choice of property. Not to mention his readiness and prompt response to any questions over the phone, texts or emails. But it is not a one man band and I have to praise all my experiences with Haart Greenford, friendliest phone reception calls with for instance Rebecca, a very friendly voice with ditto efficiency relayed messages left and/or soundly advised when necessary leaving me with clear expectations. Highly recommended branch of the Haart ‘family’. Excellent.

GoogleI was extremely impressed with the high level of customer service by the Greenford Branch. During the sale process there were some difficult times that I experienced, everyone assisted me and took over the issues that occurred and they were successfully resolved. I recommend Shannon Baker and everyone from the Branch to act as your estate agent. They showed a lot of empathy and understanding. They made the whole process relaxing and took all the pressure of dealing with issues that came up. A very professional service, customer focused, approachable, friendly.

He was very professional, helpful and friendly during the viewing, and really let us take our time and really scope out the place. I called daily for weeks, head office promised this branch would call me back, but I only received one call back in about a month (after calling almost daily), which came when I was on a plane so I could not answer. I emailed Bijay to arrange a viewing on a property I was very keen to proceed with - he never replied after many, many emails. I would have thought they would want to sell their clients' properties?
