GoogleHorrible service, especially considering the exorbitant letting fees. Steer clear of Haart, especially if you're approaching as a tenant (although my landlord had nothing good to say either). I'd rate them a zero but the minimum is one star. At move in, I had to coordinate the opening inspection myself as the branch manager would not return my calls. Later, I had to chase a copy of the signed contract myself as we again, received no communication from the branch. After the birth of my daughter, I served notice that we were moving out - a full 10 weeks before the move. In exchange, I asked that Haart arrange for block viewings to minimize the inconvenience. Instead of working with us on the viewings, one of the lettings agents confided in me that they would instead increase the price to an unreasonably high level as they "have so much more time than usual" to let the property. So instead of helping out a young family, they admitted that they would use the time to gouge the next tenant. As a result, viewings were too sparse to schedule in blocks. When I moved out of the property, I was stood up by the inspector. The inspection had been moved ahead of schedule without any warning. After an hour drive and half an hour waiting at the door, I had to turn around and leave. As is usually the case, the branch manager passes the blame to head office for the miscommunication. IMO Haart is Haart, regardless of whether they work at head office or at a branch.
