GoogleI am a landlord and i Have a property on rent with haart. I have been trying to contact them for the past 6 weeks about rent that the tenant has paid but haart hasn't transfered to myself. No response from the branch or the Head office. The emails that I have been sending to the case handler are getting ignored and all I am getting told when someone answers, is that someone will contact me. I have just signed up with them to manage the property and its only been 8 weeks. Totaly the worst unreliable estate agency with bad customer service. Avoid using them.

GoogleYes there Service by appointment to view property was Good as they arrived on time and were informative But to sell house there fees are .5 %percent higher than the others ..the rest I can not say as I have not decided to do business through them yet

GoogleThey lied about having a buyer and wasted so much time. Dont trust them so much time and money wasted just because they lied about having a buyer when in reality they didn’t 👎 ashish and Omar had to name drop but you can’t lie about having a buyer when you don’t just to hold the property …

GoogleBooked a viewing and Ashish Madan didn't turn up. Very unprofessional as he represents the company and it shows that they don't value your time. Tried to contact him and no response. He's sent a text and an email to be at the location at the given time and wasn't there himself . This isn't how business is done. Please invest in a better agent.
