To be honest staff was very friendly specially Saifi, Abdi and Azi Rahman they helped me and try their best to provide anything I asked, sometimes I didn’t get clear answer because instructions was not provided clearly to the team that they could not give me 100% answer. Over all well done team 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

GoogleFrom day one Brian Cox Estate Agents have been amazing. In particular, Emma and Daniel have gone out of their way to help with the sale of our home. It took them only one day of viewings to find us great offers on our house. Since then they have worked so hard to push the sale along. So grateful for all they’ve done and would be more than happy to recommend them.

GoogleI consider it as one of the greatest mistakes that I did which is to let through them. Even after receiving my holding deposit they readvertised the property and finally I lost my initial deposit amount. I informed them prior that i am on maternity leave and I can pay 6 months rent in advance for safety if the landlord has any issues regarding rent payment. Later on they told me that my reference failed as I sm on maternity payment and they wanted 6 month rent in advance with rent payment on each month, which I refused as I lost the trust on them.Very disappointed with their service.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleOut of the 4 viewings we booked, they cancelled ALL OF THEM (one whilst we were at the location) due to "an agent running after a dog and spraining his ankle", which is the biggest load of tosh. Even when assured they had another agent to show us the property, we were let down again. Don't bother with them.

GoogleDiscriminators, English it is not my first language , but Im many years in UK , maybe still some accent left, but every one understands me, but when called letting department to report some problem in my property, lady who answered my phone call pretended like she don't understand me, even I repeated same word to her five times, even spell it to her, avoid.

GoogleNot helpful at all. They only sides with the landlords! We lost alot of money because they didn't help us, also we lived in appalling condition flat while they sided with the rogue landlord and keep charging us for the appalling flat that we lived in.

GoogleHayes branch pretty poor service , never get back with information despite saying several times they would. Houses are selling no matter how estate agents behave , bad old days of the 90's.
