We recently sold our property through Minors & Brady, and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The agent who came to do our valuation had clearly done his research on our home and the local area. He gave us complete confidence that the valuation we received was accurate and reflected the true value of our property. Our photographer was also brilliant! His photos were absolutely stunning and captured our home perfectly. The pictures were so good that I could have bought my own house all over again! After many viewings, we successfully sold our property with the massive help of Lauren, who has been nothing short of amazing. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our sale price and kept us informed every step of the way, making the entire selling journey as stress-free as possible. Wonderful Agency, Highly Recommended! I had a great experience with this agency. They’re very professional and really go the extra mile to get you the information you need as quickly as possible. Even though you might end up speaking with different team members, they’re all on the same page and work together smoothly, so you don’t need to repeat yourself or stick with just one person. I was lucky to have Lauren as my main agent, she was absolutely lovely! Super efficient and always on the ball. We are just waiting to move in now after a very quick timescale to Exchange of Contracts. Cassandra Creake has been so helpful with her after sales service and nothing was too much trouble with confirming elements and contacting our Vendors. I would like to thank everyone at the Minors and Brady Caister branch for all your support and patience in helping me find my new home eventually and at the sale price I needed. Thank You Sarah Clifton for sealing the deal! Also a huge thankyou to Aysegul at the Norwich Branch who was in charge of the final stages of completion we had some very stressful moments with paperwork, you were so professional , caring and kept me updated all along the way. I have bought and sold 3 properties in a very short space of time 2019-2025 it was not the plan but it got me to MY Bungalow which was my end goal and all have been achieved except one purchase through Minors &Brady in Caister, its been a long roller-coaster of a ride but an educational one too!
