I considered putting this property in an auction to achieve a swift sale but opted for private treaty and the whole process went through more smoothly than I could possibly have imagined. Minors & Brady sold their service on the basis of what they do after the sale is agreed and they certainly delivered, particularly Asyegul.

I am always impressed by this agency. Yesterday in particular was no exception.Hannah met us at a property and was perhaps one of the nicest agency employees I have yet to have met. Not only was she genuine in her approach to us but she was clearly very knowledgeable about the house she had listed. This is s rarity nowadays. Because of my experience today I am likely to gravitate towards Minors and Brady in the future. Although the house wasn't suitable we were made to feel as if our potential custom was most welcome.I cannot hesitate to recommend Hannah snd Minors and Brady enough......

Buying a new home is a very stressful process and what you need most is someone you can talk to, someone who you feel is on your side and someone you can check in with to find out how much progress has been made. Caitlin Cannell was this person when we bought our new bungalow recently. We struggled to get answers from our solicitors but in the end it was Caitlin who got those answers for us. She set up another viewing for us which enabled us to talk directly with the seller which was invaluable in finding out more about the property. Caitlin was the first to congratulate us and helped us when we asked questions about the keys. I have to say I wasn’t overly impressed with Minors and Brady over the purchase itself as we took a few days haggling over the price and once it was agreed heard very little from them but in the end we were pleased we had Caitlin on our side.

We arranged a viewing on very last minute and Minors & Brady were very friendly and without any issues accommodated the viewing. Lewis Hunt was waiting for us at the property for extra 20 minutes as we were travelling from far away. Lewis was able to answer every question we had, and helped us through the whole process. Thank you very much Lewis for being so kind and patient and for helping us to get our new home !

Minors and Brady have re-designed the estate agency business model. They ACTUALLY do what they say they are going to do. They are genuinely enthusiastic, creative, hardworking and diligent. Rosie Turley is a deal maker goddess! Things got very tough on our transaction and she remained tenacious and resourceful. Also the Marketing and Sales team stepped up creating great materials and professionally engaging with viewings and negotiations. They are great at this job - I used to work in property, so my opinion is based on experience. Good luck Minors and Brady you are great ! Thank you for everything - you have earned every penny on this transaction !!

Minors and Brady Caister sold our house STC within 5 days of being on the market. I can’t recommend them enough, especially Mia who kept us updated throughout the whole experience and was always there when we had any questions. Darryl came out to our home to help us go through the contract and get our house up and he was also brilliant. Also big thank you to Aisha who took the house photographs - they were amazing!

Emily Bygrave was very knowledgeable, well-prepared and professional. She answered all of our questions and gave us some great detail we wouldn’t have thought to ask for eg. Where the original door was and how the house was extended over the years. She was early to meet me and made an excellent impression - and very patiently stayed in the lovely garden with me on a very very cold day while I looked at every detail. Thanks Emily!

M&B have been absolutely fantastic for the sale of our first house. In particular Rosie, who has been an absolute star and pleasure to deal with and was incredibly helpful in talking to our onward purchase agent to hurry them along for various things! Also Jack, who was great at explaining everything for a first-time seller and really great to talk to. Kirsten from marketing was also super helpful when we were putting the house on the market to begin with. I honestly didn't think it could be this pleasant dealing with an estate agent - I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and especially for first time sellers - they are so patient and knowledgable.

GoogleThe housing market is crazy right now and we have viewed many properties without much luck until Mia showed us a property. At this stage we were despondent to say the least! Mia acknowledged and responded to our feeling and made us feel welcome and positive and gave invaluable advice to help in the process. I have nothing but great things to say about Mia (give her a pay rise)and minors and Brady! There has always been a speedy response and great customer service here. After a traumatic year of house searching we’ve found the perfect home and everything appears to be going swimmingly! Thank you Mia you are my saviour!!
