Caitlin at Minors and Brady has been great! We recently purchased our house through Minors and Brady and their after sales team was so helpful. Caitlin went above and beyond to provide us with help, and was so kind throughout the whole process. The chain was a bit rocky at times and I genuinely think that it was thanks to Caitlin’s dedication and hard work that everything ran as smoothly as it did.

Overall we were happy with the service provided by Minors and Brady. In particular Nagilla Santos who was respectful, helpful and professional during a testing completion process. Going forward I would suggest re-thinking who to introduce as buyers as our overseas buyer made the process so much more challenging and there stressful.

Cass was assigned to manage my purchase process following agreement to completion. She was extremely helpful, she chased Solicitors & gave weekly progress reports. She liaised with the sellers as required & was always very professional & quick to respond. Minors & Brady as an Estate Agents were excellent. They allowed us the time we required at the property on a number of occasions & were very supportive throughout the buying process.

Mia has been star very friendly and helpful with finding us property’s and sorting all our bookings .We were met by Maddy at the property’s we have viewed who was lovely and put us at ease. GoogleWe have sold our houses through Minors and Brady and due to move into our forever home together on Monday. It will be chaos from that point on 😂 so I wanted to take the time in the calm before the storm to share my positive review of all the team at Caister and especially Chloe who has kept us informed with progress during the after sale period and helped push things forward when we hit obstacles with the chain. All the team are very professional and pro active which is what you need from an estate agent. As opposed to other agent experiences we have had in the past, Maddy was well informed and gave us the time we needed to inquire into what we needed to know. GoogleSo far so good. I viewed a property which I decided to go with. Mia was very helpful and polite. I wanted to go back a 2nd time to measure up which was not a problem at all to Minors and Brady. This time I was escorted by Maddy who again was friendly and helpful. Whenever I have contacted the office the phone has been answered promptly and any queries have been dealt with efficiently. I can only hope that this level of service carries on until the property is actually mine.

GoogleI used Minors and Brady to sell my property and from start to finish they were fantastic, from the moment of getting my property valued to the pictures being taken to it being put on the market was no time at all. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pictures that were taken. When things started moving along we were then allocated Lauren Bettison from the Aftersales Team, which I am so grateful for. Lauren was incredible the whole way through. Anything we needed, any questions we had she was on it and so responsive. Her regular contact with us to check in and make sure we were okay and to keep us updated was amazing. It has been an extremely emotional 6 months and with the help from Lauren and her positivity, caring nature and fantastic work ethnic to get stuff done she has helped us to get through it. Although we are relieved to be in our new home, I will miss Lauren and mines regular phone calls and chats, and the lots of laughter that we had which kept me sane. GoogleI would like to take a moment to thank all of the staff at Minors and Brady Caister On Sea office. The service that we have received has been fantastic and smooth sailing, from getting our property valued in the run up to Christmas, to photographs being taken shortly after the new year. Caitlin was a great help in promptly amending minor changes to our property brochure and launching the property to market. We were lucky to have had quite a few viewings arranged within the first couple of weeks, and the whole team, especially Maddy, were great at showing our property (saves any uncomfortable conversations!). Upon accepting an offer-all within three weeks of going to market Mia went above and beyond in helping us secure the purchase of our new property (working outside usual office hours to achieve this), the kind of service you cannot buy. Once again a huge thank you to the whole team. We expressed at our initial valuation how anxious we were, having previously had a very poor experience with a different agent, but working with the Caister branch has been a breath of fresh air, and dare I say it, I wouldn't hesitate to go through the whole buying/selling process again.

GoogleCompletion update; I completed on my purchase yesterday, and this was achieved very quickly, and could not have been done so without the amazing Lauren. Once the offer was accepted, Lauren made contact to introduce herself as the contact for the completion. I was kept informed throughout the process, and even when there were issues to resolve, Lauren was straight onto them. the whole process from offer to completion was managed professionally and personally. A special mention goes to James also who originally showed me the property, and as I understand it, battled with the doors to resolve the lock issues, so thanks James. Met with Maddy from the company who showed me 2 properties. Explained everything I needed to know, the good and the bad, and found her to be very articulate and professional. No hard sell, even though neither property fitted my needs, I would use this agency again.
