Contacted Howard’s via email and got a response straight away from Rosie Nichols who if i was in person could have given her a huge hug she came back with a date!!! GoogleWe would highly recommend this Agency to anyone wishing to buy or sell property in the region. We had many legal problems and delays with our purchase, but Carina Pelikan in particular patiently helped us throughout the long process even through Covid19 lockdown. Carina found us a buyer very quickly but even though this sale failed at the start of "Lockdown", she quickly found us another buyer. Howards in general were always responsive and dealt with any queries promptly. GoogleI had been living as a tenant in Great Yarmouth for the past 1 year. I got the house through Howards and the dealing with them through out my stay was awesome. Whenever I had problems with anything in that home, they sent the people from the property management to sort it out.. I would like to mention Rachel Downes , the property manager who helped with the paperworks and other help when I planned to vacate my house . She is really supportive and provided proper response to my emails and the queries that I made . I really recommend Howards for my friends . Well done Team 😊
