GoogleA very unprofessional service, with poor communication throughout our offer process. Mis-management of our offer, resulted in it not bring forwarded to the seller until we intervened. When we then increased our offer to match others, we were unexpectedly out-bid at the very last minute! The process has now been referred to the ombudsman. If I could give a zero, then I would..
