I recently bought my first property with Redmayne Arnold & Harris. My contact was Natasha Dakin and I have to say that Natasha's customer service was nothing but outstanding. When I initially had gone to the viewing, it was clear Natasha knew everything about the property. Then, when I decided to make an offer, she guided me through the whole purchase process; she was always available for a chat or to contact the sellers if I had any queries. Needless to say that for a first-time buyer, such a support - lasting for months as the process was ticking on - was immensely valuable and made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful to navigate. I would highly recommend this estate agency & Natasha to anyone planning to purchase, let, or rent a property. Thanks again for an amazing service and for looking after me so well! I'm looking forward to moving into my new place.
