GoogleThey’re are the worse letting agency I ever dealt with. We entered the rental property mid December and notified them that shower wasn’t working, providing picture and sending official emails. No reply until we call them again on the 7th of January. We are now on the 11th of January, shower is still not repaired and no solution has been offered as alternative. They breach the contract and don’t care at all! Absolutely horrible treatment for tenants. Stay away!

Nothing was too much trouble and they could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. Loved the positive, supportive and thoughtful attitude. Clearly our principal contact there understands the concept and importance of delivering good quality client service even if, technically, we were not their client.

GoogleThese are the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. I’m buying a property through them and all members of the team have been extremely helpful throughout. They have been more than happy to arrange additional viewings and they have communicated well with both us and our solicitors. A special mention must go to Drew who has been fantastic: his replies have always been swift and he has been more than happy to help us with anything we have needed.

GoogleWe instructed RAH for the sale of my Mum's house after being on the market with another agent, which despite a good number of viewings, none resulted in an offer. After being on the market with RAH for a very short time, the house was sold! Natasha Dakin has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The communication has been second to none, she has kept me informed every step of the way and for me, that's so important in a stressful house sale situation. Happy to say that exchange has now taken place and I wouldn't hesitate to instruct RAH again. Thank you RAH but especially the wonderful Natasha!

GoogleIf you are highly motivated sellers then Natascha Dakin at Redmayne, Arnold and Harris is the negotiator for you. Michael Connelly came in November 2023, he gave us a sobering guide price. He came highly recommended by neighbours and people in the business. After he left and we set to work. We cleaned, painted, cleaned and painted. We threw out stuff left right and centre. At the end of March we were ready to show off our hard work. Michael returned, he set the sale price. He organised everything including the photographer etc. He kept trying to tell us that we could choose stuff like the selling price, which photos to use and so on. But at the end of the day it was always going to be him to choose, after all he, not me knows how to sell houses. As soon as the viewings came in Natascha got on board. She organised the showings, gave tips and advice. She even allowed me to leave the garage and attic unbelievably messy and cluttered. The first offers were too low, I hadn’t worked this hard to undersell our forever home. Natascha listened to us and guided us through the negotiations. We accepted one offer, only for it to fall through. Natascha called the next in line and made the deal. Then the solicitors got to work. Natascha chased and chased both us, our conveyancer, our buyers and their conveyancer. She got the ball rolling and was on the case from start to finish. So incredibly reactive, when any of us needed stuff she’s there. She makes you feel like you have time but you know she wants it yesterday. In March Michael said he could get us a good price have us out by mid July. On the 31st July we will have completed. From start to finish everyone at RAH have been really friendly and helpful. But Michael and Natascha have been outstanding displaying awesome knowledge, skill, friendship and commitment. We couldn’t have asked for better service.
