A huge thanks to Redmayne Arnold and Harris and the amazing Natasha Dakin for helping sort our house move. We purchased a house through RAH and at all times received a high-quality, professional and friendly service. We were buyers in a complex chain involving several parties, and whenever it felt like there was an issue to sort, Natasha would investigate, let us know what was happening, help move things forward and make sure nothing went wrong. It really gave us peace of mind and confidence in the process. Natasha was also really kind and concerned to make sure everyone was OK. A great service and we'd recommend them to anyone!

We have had an excellent experience of working with Redmayne Arnold & Harris as the estate agent managing the property we were purchasing. When our own estate agent and solicitor were not being supportive Natasha stepped in to manage our chain and speak with our buyers solicitors even though this was not her role. Her communication was exceptional, always being available and answering emails quickly. She kept us so well informed it really helped us to manage our expectations and the stress that comes with moving. When there was confusion around one of our solicitor enquiries she organised for us to have a call with a colleague who had experience in this matter which was so incredibly helpful. We fundamentally believe that our chain could have fallen through without her. Thank you so much Natasha, we'll definitely be picking Redmayne Arnold and Harris as our estate agent for moves in the future.

We can thoroughly recommend Redmayne Arnold and Harris as estate agents. The initial sale process was good - we spoke to Michael who reassured us about the process and didn’t put pressure on us. After putting it on the market, we had multiple viewings in the first week and a good offer within 2 weeks. The really exceptional service we received, however, was after the initial sale. Natasha was amazing in the sales progression process, keeping us constantly updated and chasing solicitors and other agents where necessary. She went above and beyond to push for finalising the sale when the communication with our buyers’ estate agents and solicitors was extremely poor. We can’t thank her enough for her work to get our sale finalised!

Very impressed with all the people we have had contact with. From an initial speculative pop in the branch to now , a few days from completion. Michael Donnelly did the initial valuations and viewings . He was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us good advice and guidance over what to do get the house market ready ! Natasha I can't praise enough . We realised early on that we could have complete confidence in her and she very quickly became a reassuring presence. We were selling the old family home and have not bought or sold a house for 23 years so we were a bit rusty in the process. She was always quick to answer our probably daft questions, and explained the process as we went along and guided us beautifully. All correspondence and any problem or confusion was always dealt with admirable speed and efficiency. Also we appreciated her honesty and tact . There was never any fobbing off or feeling that we had missed something. She did an excellent job of keeping the momentum up and coordinating whatever needed doing to keep the ball rolling! I should imagine she demonstrates the same level of professionalism for buyers as well. Basically, I have enjoyed telling people how good we think the firm is and that estate agents have a certain reputation for being a bit shallow etc but I have been happily telling friends ,family and colleagues that's not the case with Redmayne Arnold and Harris. We have been very happy with them throughout the process and would confidently recommend them !

We used RAH at Great Shelford for the purchase of our new home. Natasha was really friendly, professional and kind. We viewed the house on a super hot day and had to take our dog with us (not ideal!) and Natasha looked after her in the shade so we could view properly. Prob not in her job spec but very helpful! We bought and sold via Redmayne’s in Shelford, two properties just outside Cambridge city, and viewed several before we finally chose the house we now live in. We had lots of assistance from several staff at the office who were all very helpful and responsive. Purchasing a property was hard enough but buying one while being overseas seemed insurmountable. But Kelly was with there every step of the way to guide me through the process. Always attentive and available to answer questions when I had them. My only suggestion is that when accomplishing a feat such as buying a house a nice touch would be a welcome card in the property especially after purchasing through such a prestigious agency such as Redmayne Arnold & Harris (RAH). This is the difference between the real estate process in the UK and US. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase and would use Kelly & RAH again for my property needs.

She was very helpful in keeping the process moving and played a particularly important role in ensuring that exchange of contracts took place.
