GoogleUsed Ashtons to sell a family house following a loss. Price estimate was spot on by Michael and the photos showed the house off to its very best. As we live away, Charley handled the surprisingly high number of interested people and we eventually sold it for more than the initial asking price. All in all, an excellent service and I would certainly recommend them.

Amy, Beth-Ann and Simon were incredible throughout and supported us through every step of the process from valuation and sale, through to purchase and completion. The team kept us consistently up to date (not something you get with every estate agent!), and worked through any challenges with us to ensure a timely resolution and successful move. Would definitely recommend to anyone moving locally and would use again. Fantastic and professional team - thank you!

GoogleI used to think that it didnβt really matter that much which estate agent sold our house. Iβve changed my mind now! We started with a different agent and werenβt happy so we switched to Ashtons (Great Sankey branch). From the start it was a completely different experience. The photos were professional and made our house stand out on Rightmove. Thank you Kristian. We were instantly inundated with viewings and positive interest. We were given helpful feedback and our agent, Emily was very helpful during the negotiation process. After we had accepted an offer, Emily worked tirelessly to keep the chain going. There were issues of communication and things being done on time lower in the chain and without Emily, I think we would still be waiting to exchange contracts. Emily went beyond her role and made contact with the chain several times a day towards the end, sitting on hold for long periods of time. Throughout the process, Emily remained positive, reassuring and communicated brilliantly to so many different people. Emily always returned our calls and we had no doubt she was working hard on our case. We really felt that she cared and defended our interests. We have no hesitation recommending Ashtons. They exceeded every expectation. Thank you so much.

As first time buyers we obviously had a lot of queries and questions and Stacey was so attentive and informative from day one. She replied promptly with honest and frequent updates and reassured us through out the proccess, making sure we were always involved and up to date. She was extremely friendly and had great customer service and went above and beyond. I would honestly recommend ashtons as an estate agents because of Stacey to friends and family and want to say a massive thank you to her for making this experience as smooth as possible and ensuring our journey buying our first property was as exciting as it's suppose to be. We really hope Stacey gets the recognition she deserves for doing such a great job! :)

FacebookWe have recently bought our first house through ashtons in Newton Le Willows; and right from the start Stacey was on hand to help us with anything. It took us a few months to find a house we love and at first we was beaten when making the offer. Stacey and Simon both had to deal with my emotional side when I thought Iβd lost my first home, they was great! The house took a while to go through due to probate so Stacey had to deal with my constant nagging, moaning and questions for 6 months! Now that we are in our home we canβt thank her enough, from all the visits she made for us, to chasing up emails, answering all our questions and giving us reassurance she was great the whole process! FacebookWe recently bought and sold with Ashtons in Newton le Willows and also used their mortgage advisor Joanne Hickey. We can't fault the service. From day one when we arranged the viewing in what is now our new home through ringing Stacey in bits when our first buyer fell through. Our house went on the market the week before Christmas and we moved into our new home on 24th feb. Buying and selling in 2 months!! Both simon and Stacey were brilliant. But special mention to Stacey who really did go above and beyond when things got tricky. Joanne arranged the mortgage with no hiccups too. We're never moving again coz moving day was too hectic but if we ever do Ashtons would be my first contact. Highly recommended οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½

FacebookSold our property through the Newton branch and the guys were fantastic throughout. Like most sales it wasn't the most straightforward and and we hit a few bumps along the way but both Simon and Stacey were great in terms of keeping us updated and communicating any issues we were facing. It all got very rushed at the end (through no fault of Ashtons) but they were great at pulling various aspects together, safe to say it probably wouldn't have gone through in time if they weren't so proactive. Not that we're ever planning on moving ever again but if we did we wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Both before during and after the sales process Stacey, Simon and the team at Ashton's were very professional in dealing with any queries that we had. On top of that we requested multiple viewings before we made our minds up and each was one was fitted in for us with the minimum of fuss. FacebookAshtons in Penketh have been fantastic in selling our house. The team are very efficient! We had a lot of viewings and all were followed up with feedback. Viewings were booked at times convenient to us, or the team took the viewings on our behalf. During the sale all paperwork/particulars were also sent to us. I cannot recommend Ashtons enough. Very professional and helpful. Thank you Mike, Katy & Nick - you have been brilliant throughout the whole process.

Within 24 hours my house was up on Rightmove and viewings booked. Within a week my house has sold for the price I wanted. They were brilliant at keeping me updated and answering any questions.
