Pathetic experience with Ashtons. They are least bothered peoples emotions who come with full of hopes and expectations. I was there 2 min late and they only give you 5 min to view the property, the lady literally asked me to go out because she has to go else where? This is just awful and when called Ashton to complain, of course Mike would support his colleague and tell me she has another appointment to go. I wish I could give zero ratings on this one.

The experience of selling my house through Ashton’s was extremely good. The agents conducted all the viewings and all I had to do was give them the key. I was always informed of viewings and given feedback. The staff in the office were friendly and professional and went out of their way to sort out problems between my solicitor and the buyers solicitor. I highly recommend this estate agency and will use them again.

On an extremely difficult and protracted chain, that threw up multiple issues concerning lots of parties, Xact maintained a calm professionalism. In terms of the actual viewings and contact when I originally made an offer on the Xact-represented property, I knew I was in safe hands due to the many Xact Sold signs in the area.

Ashton’s in sankey took the job of selling our house in a not so great market at the time. We found a house we really loved in the area we was looking for. We told Ashtons that we really needed to sell our house as quickly as possible as we didn’t want someone else purchasing the house we had seen. They then did everything they could to get us more viewings and a potential buyer. Not so long after we had an offer in the region we were looking for so we accepted and we now have the home we wanted! Thanks to Ashton’s and a big thanks for Charley at ashtons, she chased buyers and solicitors daily and provided updates every step of the way. Again a big thanks to Ashton’s.

After a nightmare with 2 other estate agents in the area, we had a chat with Ashton’s. They are so positive and they communicate so much better than other agents. The app that they use is fantastic and keeps you updated on viewings and offers etc. Every single member of staff has been professional on the phone and face to face and they fill you with confidence that will do a good job . I cannot speak highly enough of Charley at Ashtons, the rest of the reviews speak for themselves about how brilliant she is! We bought our house through Ashtons, so even though she wasn’t our estate agent she went above and beyond to make sure things were sorted and keeping us up to date throughout the whole process. It was a drawn out sale but every time we spoke she was so friendly, polite and nothing was ever too much trouble. She chased our solicitors, our sellers solicitors, rallied round and pretty much co-ordinated all parties involved in our sale. It wouldn’t have completed without her, she was an absolute delight to deal with!
