Ashton's, and in particular Amy Kessler, have been amazing from the get-go. Initially, in the search for a house, they were hot on every property that suited our needs, then once we'd agreed the purchase, they were all over the administration of it and keeping us informed at all times. Their manner is friendly and always accommodating. They also sold our property; a prompt survey, great images, and we got the amount we were after. 10/10 would recommend. We used Ashtons in Great Sankey recently to sell our house and they were fantastic. They gave us good, realistic advice from our initial valuation/visit right through to completion. The entire team were approachable, friendly, and professional. The photos, floor plan, and sale advert was to a very high standard, and we immediately received a lot of interest in our property. Within 4 weeks of putting our house on the market we had accepted an offer we were happy with. Amy handled our sale and kept us and our buyers updated throughout. She chased things up when needed; and was proactive, professional, and friendly throughout. It made the entire process as smooth and stress free as is possible with a house move. The overall level of service was top notch and the sales fees were very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Astons to either sell or buy a house with, and we are very glad we chose them as our estate agent.

A professional company who know their stuff and work hard for both seller and buyer. Exact are in the process of completing the sale of my property in Knowle. I cannot say I have had a long relationship with the company and individuals because from going on the market to an agreed sale has taken less than a week and I had several offers to consider! My initial interaction was with Jacob who visited to value my property. Aside from being courteous and professional his knowledge of the area and data surrounding the agreed valuation was exceptional. Most reassuring and he was correct in all the key points he put forward. The ladies who visited to measure and photograph the property were efficient and professional and the in-house sales team have provided swift and concise feedback. If someone suggests Exact are too big a company to sell your property with and they will not provide you with a local service they are wrong. A local, personal experience is what I have received to date and I would highly recommend using their services.

Unfortunately we have sought to give our feedback directly to Ashton’s but they haven’t responded to our email from the 28th March. Unfortunately we would not recommend your services from a sale perspective. We found this service we have received to be disappointing, arguably biased and some times passive aggressive. This service seems to be very responsive to the buyer, which is reflected on your social media. We supported your services by holding viewings ourselves, and with that secured the offer on our property. We received several emails, implying we (our solicitors) were slowing the process etc which was not the case and found that we had to be very responsive to the buyers solicitors needs, when in fact there were documented communication issues and the buyers solicitors were not even discussing our property. Upon the sale of our property we’ve had no communication from yourselves. Not that it is required, however we have just paid fees in excessive of £3000 and had no acknowledgment of this or congratulations on the sale of our property. When handing over the keys for the property this was similar and was very disappointing given the reflection of personal-able customer service you advertise on social media. I hope in the future you provide the same level of service to the customers paying your fees and not just buyer.

We have been working with Charley at Ashtons for over a year now, and I honestly can't praise her enough. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly professional, responsive, and supportive. Our sale went through quickly and smoothly, thanks to Charley’s hard work and dedication. But where she really went above and beyond was when our purchase (with another agent) fell through after a year, an incredibly stressful and disappointing time. Charley quickly got some more properties booked in for us to view, to ensure there was no issues with our Sale. Through it all, Charley was there, negotiating on our behalf, always quick to reply to messages, and constantly reassuring and calming me down when things got tough.
