Thank you to the whole team (and you are a real team!) at Paul Carr for making the sale of our family home as pain free as possible. Mum lived in the property for approximately sixty years and so for her it was a seismic move. From the initial visit by Luke through to the guidance from Megan on how to underpin the floors due to the presence of sulphate, through to the final sales negotiations with Jane we felt supported throughout and as if we were in expert hands. The team know the properties close to the office extremely well - proximity is a real bonus. In addition the telephone is always answered by a friendly and reassuring member of staff and calls are returned rapidly. I would recommend the Paul Carr experience without hesitation.

Any question, whether big or small they respond, even if its a confirmation that they have received it and need to follow it up. Luke Jones, branch manager visited us for the initial survey and was far more relaxed and responsive to our requirements than other local estate agents who appeared more interested in self promotion. We achieved a quick sale at the asking price and although the transaction took longer than expected, this was in no way the fault of Paul Carr who were extremely responsive and friendly throughout.
