GoogleRubbish to deal with. Doesn't seem like they are even remotely interested in trying to sell properties! I have dealt with them directly to ask for a viewing on a property, to be told someone would get back to me and no-one ever did get back to me. Finally got a viewing arranged with them on a property. Firstly they scheduled it in a week later than we requested! Secondly, on the way to the viewing, my partner advised that he would be 5-10 mins late due to traffic (viewing was at 5pm) & was told they would have to cancel and re-schedule! Couldn't even be arsed to wait 5-10 mins when their office is a 2-min drive away! Useless... certainly will never be buying with this branch of Paul Carr.

GoogleThe staff are liars, they didn't accept my offer for the following lame reasons.. 1) size of deposit? Well my ltv would have been 60%..since when did deposit determine offers? Especially when you can even get 95% ltv mortgages! 2) someone else was in a better position... Hmm I'm in rented in a open contract.. PAUL CARR do you want me to be homeless and be a cash buyer? (Yeah I know pathetic). Would not recommend this company at all!

GooglePaul Carr’nt stop lying...give a bad name to the industry. Told me house I was interested in was sold only for me to find it had gone on the market with another agent. Also told me my offer on another property was too low...a few months later I found out it had sold less than what I offered. When I confronted Paul Carr, they told me they had no record of my offer...even though I had emails and a letter confirming my offer. Liars.
