GoogleI am really impressed with the customer service from Olivia. She is so professional and helpful. She gave amazing support in the search for a property. Olivia was a go-to person for all my initial queries. Due to my professional requirements, I changed my property search location to the Manchester area to buy my first home. Even though I had a situation, where I needed a piece of expert advice which I can't ask my estate agent where she offered her recommendations. Olivia and the team are so knowledgeable, efficient and proactive with everything they do. I don’t know what I’d have done without their initial guidance! I would 100% recommend Olivia to anyone looking for their first home.

GoogleBoth Olivia and James have been extremely helpful throughout my first house hunting journey, Olivia as my estate agent and James as my mortgage advisor. They are very friendly and have been in regular contact with me throughout the process, keeping me up to date with what’s on offer. James has been thorough in answering any questions and quick in getting to back to me to to keep me in the loop with next steps. Both James and Olivia are ever the professionals. Olivia is always enthusiastic and has a smile on her face during our meetings. I feel comfortable going to olivia and James If I have any queries or for expert advice, and they have been a brilliant support during my search. I feel fortunate to have their advice and they have been great at offering their knowledge. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleI can’t fault the service we've been provided by Jones and Chapman Greasby team and couldn’t recommend them enough. Claire Cabo valued my house at a very reasonable price (higher than other estate agents had, and it went for just under what she valued at, so she was right to value it higher!) she gave me her number that I could contact her on 24/7. They did not contact me too much - just when necessary. They knew I wanted to buy, so I needed a quick sale. They had a professional photographer arranged for the next day and my house was online in under 24 hours. Claire and the team worked really hard as they knew I really wanted my house to sell and they arranged 3 viewings before it was even online and my house was snapped up! They put your house on all the online sites including a tik tok video which really helps. Then I was appointed to Olivia who took care of us the rest of the way. Olivia is an absolute credit to the team, so professional and a very lovely person. There was some issues with the property we wanted to purchase with another estate agent.. Olivia provided all the support she could with this..even if it was just a chat! They made it feel like we were talking to friends rather than estate agents, although always remained professional, they have gone above and beyond for us and made what is usually a challenging process stress free.

Very poor service from Allerton branch in Liverpool. Hardly any viewings then some couldnt get into house despite having being told about Key safe. Found buyer myself. Rude about flat always wanted to reduce. When finally did the deal lied about including furniture on final offer. Very dissatisfied with service no information regarding what was happening -Jess and Andrea in office incompetent. On the market (know it was quite tough times) for 18 months

GoogleI’m a first time buyer and just recently purchased a property. Nicolas Cabo who works here as a mortgage advisor was very helpful and brilliant for the whole process. Told me what to expect before going through the process and analysing every possibility to which suited me the most. Worked out of work hours to get the mortgage application through and ensured everything went smoothly. Easy to get hold of whenever I needed a few questions answering. Overall fantastic.

Olivia couldn't do enough for us on the search for our next home, from tirelessly arranging multiple viewings when requested at the last minute to working late into the evening to allow us to view properties that we liked the look of. GoogleThe sale of my house was completed on the 15th September. I have nothing but praise and respect for the amazing the team at J&C Greasby . From the very first visit of the manager Clare right until the last viewing and completion , they were absolutely brilliant . Professional, polite, VERY friendly, informative, dedicated,determined,patient and incredibly helpful. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know all of the team. It feels like you have a whole bunch of friends working tirelessly on your behalf. If you are thinking of selling your house the "Cheap " way. My advice is DON'T. The constant support and stress free experience you get from this team is worth every penny ! If I could give the 6 stars I would. This really is the A Team ! when it comes to selling a house. Just sold my house with Jones and Chapman. I would say the only person who was helpful was Carol from the Allerton Road branch .My experience with the sales progresser was not a good one , I was told off like a naughty school girl if I ever called up to ask for updates. I told them how I felt and that I am paying them for a service, that's when they got nicer as it was coming to the end and don't want a bad review. There is also a lady by the name of Karon, she was the one who hounded me to choose Jones & Chapman , once I agreed she told me I shouldn't be calling her for help and passed me on , said she was very busy, then vanished!. I am a nurse and I am very busy too. I will never use this estate agents again , nor recommend you to anyone. Thanks again to Carol for your help when I needed it. Maria.

Got in touch with them to purchase a property, have just put an offer through, but the experience just up to this point has been extremely disappointing! Viewings were not organised very well, wasted over an hour waiting to view a property and it turns out they didn't know who ever was supposed to take us isn't. The person at the office didn't think this was disorganised and was very rude! Put an offer on a property that was confirmed it's no longer under auction, but it is! Not helpful or professional at all! Do not recommend!

I wish I could give less than one star. Jones Chapman Allerton Road - what a mess. Consistently lieing to me, getting things wrong, overcharging me, telling lies to the tenant, not following through with what they have said. They say 'I will ensure this will be sent over now' then radio silence for 5 days. This has been much more hard work than managing the property myself. Avoid at all costs.

I am normally unsure about using a broker, but in uncertain times and all the changes that came with it, I decided to give it a go. Annette was brilliant and helped with many aspects of the process. GoogleClaire and the team were very efficient, communicative and easy to deal with. The high number of viewings and eventual sale are all testament to the professionalism of The team. Just a few criticisms. The initial asking price was set too high which led to a delay in the sale and setting a flat rate at this price was slightly misleading. Also, my biggest criticism would be the inexperience of your solicitor who had no experience of probate and demanded documents in dribs and drabs, rather than giving us a comprehensive list at an earlier date. Overall, we were pleased with your work, but felt it could have been conducted more speedily.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
