GoogleMoving from abroad and unable to view in person meant that most agents/landlords weren't interested. Found an ideal looking house listed by WPR and contacted them one evening, expecting to hear back next day. Luckily the email went to Tommy Sternson at the Grayshott office. He responded out of hours and subsequently couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble, he steered us through all the paperwork, answered all,our questions and we signed today. Thank you Tommy!

GoogleI have worked with WPR on both the rental and sales side of the business. In both cases the team could not do more and often went out of their way to keep me informed. During a very turbulent market environment the sale of my property has been very long and drawn out but I cannot fault the team for maintaining a professional view point and re-assuring me when the sale stalled a couple of times. The communication has been faultless and empathetic.

GoogleA positive experience with WPR. Offered an alternative after the property I was interested in renting was taken off the market before I could view, and it became home for the next 10 months. Overall, friendly staff, and helpful with our early end to the tenancy due to having to relocate. Issues are generally dealt with in a timely fashion, especially the maintenance department. One or two enquiries did take longer than expected to be replied to, but WPR on the whole are far better than other letting agents I've had to interact with.

Recently Daniel Vasey had to help us in a complicated negotiation and his care and high level of friendly and detailed communication through all the red tape and jargon, was nothing short of outstanding. GoogleI am so grateful to WPR and in particular Dean Henderson who handled the sale of our house. Dean (and everyone I had contact with in the Grayshott office) was friendly, polite and professional. Their communication was timely and honest. I liked their appointment email system, it made WPR feel organised -it looked good from a sellers point of view and would have looked good from the buyers side too. Sales progression was dealt with in house which was fabulous as they know me and the property. Fully recommend WPR. Thank you for all your help!

GoogleWe have recently purchased our family home through James at WPR in Grayshott and we were very impressed with the professional yet personable service received throughout. James in particular was incredibly helpful and dealt with any queries or issues with a professional sense of urgency, without being pushy. James was supported ably by the entire WPR team. James kept all parties focused on the transaction and the entire experience was as straightforward as moving home can be. The team at WPR are honest, open and upfront which is too rare in the property market and makes facing any challenges much clearer. Overall a very positive and refreshing experience from James and his brilliant team at WPR. We were impressed by their enthusiasm and ability to highlight the many attractions of our local area.
