GoogleWell, the time has come that we have now bought our own property and have to conclude our rental agreement for over 5 years with WPR. Jacob has been an amazing lettings Manager over the years and we cannot speak more highly of his personable approach. Nothing is too much and he works day and night if required. GoogleMy son and daughter in law had a terrible experience with not only these agents but the landlords themselves. It has been problem after problem with issues never being resolved. When they complained about coldness and repairs they were served notice. Now they are trying to keep some of the deposit. Terrible service terrible agents. Only put one star so I could give an honest review. Obviously another unhappy tenant as you have not replied regarding the correct tenant. Probably best not to reply if you don't know who your reply is about ! Please note they are contacting the deposit scheme you even did the work before telling them what work you were charging for? Hopefully this will be something that can't be in your or the landlords control.
