I bought a property through WPR last year and dealt with Tom in sales. I also left a review back then but have returned to leave another as I recently had to sell said property through very tough circumstances. Buying twice in the space of a year and having to sell something I had just bought was an emotional process and all of the staff at WPR but especially Tom, handled everything with the utmost professionalism. I will always recommend WPR - I describe them to people as an estate agents which feels like a reliable solicitor practice. Very rare. Thank you so much!

I recently used WPR to rent a flat for my father and had the pleasure of dealing with Tommy. He went above and beyond to assist, even messaging me out of hours to help and answer questions, which he didn't have to do, he even offered to come and meet me in the evening with the keys (how many letting agents would do that?). I have always been a little fearful of dealing with letting agents as you read a lot of horror stories, but Tommy made the whole process a breeze and has totally restored my faith. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WPR to anyone in the local area. Thanks again!

Having recently completed the sale of our house with WPR in Grayshott I can honestly say they have been the best estate agents I have used to date. From the initial valuation to completion, the whole team have been exceptional. The key thing we loved about working with them was the communication - not just between us and them but also between them and the estate agent managing our purchase, and the solicitors. This made things flow a lot easier and gave us reassurance that things were in the hands of professionals. The team shared their advice on pricing and market conditions along the way, with no pressure for us to make any pricing-related decisions that we weren’t happy with. They were also extremely respectful of our home during the sales process, always on time for viewings and working round our schedule as a family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I am so grateful to WPR and in particular Dean Henderson who handled the sale of our house. Dean (and everyone I had contact with in the Grayshott office) was friendly, polite and professional. Their communication was timely and honest. I liked their appointment email system, it made WPR feel organised -it looked good from a sellers point of view and would have looked good from the buyers side too.
