Homes Estate Agents Grayshott reviews

We can’t praise Homes Estate Agents highly enough for the service we received while buying our house. From the moment we met negotiator Leo who showed us around, we knew we were in good hands and we were so impressed with the speed and efficiency of the entire process when he negotiated our offer. We were also very impressed with Ellie in the office who looked after all the behind the scenes hard work once the ball was rolling. She kept us informed all the way and we never felt cut adrift or unsure of what was happening at any point. The communications were first class. All in all an excellent, professional and switched-on agency that leave the others we’ve dealt with in the shade.

Homes estate agents were great through the whole buying process and helped us immensely as first time buyers, wanting to purchase the property before, what was, the 31st March stamp duty deadline. Leo helped show us around the property and had great and honest information about the house and the local area. He also accommodated a quick second viewing and closed the deal between us and the seller quickly without any hassle at all. After this, the process was made very easy by Ellie, the sales progres or who helped guide us through the process, from recommending the best solicitors, surveyors and worksmen to making sure we had done all the relevant checks.. I would especially commend the durability and the persistent nature of making sure the onward chain was ready, constantly chasing on our behalf to make sure the exchange was done in what must have been a busy period all round.

What a huge relief to find someone as professional and friendly as Sally Sanders from Homes, Grayshott. From the outset, Sally instilled in me the confidence to consider putting my house on the market.. After such a long time living at the same address, it was wonderful to speak to someone who could really empathise and give such good, sound advice in such an unsure time. I feel 100% sure that she will continue to give me the reassurance we need to proceed with our sale. Her approach is person-centered, positive, proactive and above all kind and humorous - I could not be more grateful. Homes Estate Agents are definitely my number one choice! Thank you so much, what an amazing Team 8)

I have been dealing mainly with Leo and I'm a really straight forward guy who wants no BS. Leo has found me a buyer at a price that we are happy with and the arrangements and negotiations were spot on. I was not bothered with minor detail, he just got on with the job and most importantly did what he said he would do. 10/10 from me. No BS from Leo. Thank you.

I never normally leave reviews but have been moved to do so following my experience with Homes Estate Agents in Grayshott. Throughout the process of selling my home, Homes have acted with professionalism, dedication and attention to detail. A special mention must go to Sally Sanders who has been extremely kind and helpful through what has been a very difficult and stressful time. I can't recommend Homes more highly.

A generally very good experience. Helped us navigate some negotiations and competition to secure the purchase and seemed to act proactively and positively on our behalf with the sellers. Generously provided us with a bottle of bubbly when we collected the keys and the completion day was very straightforward thanks to easy communication.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

The team at Homes were excellent when selling our home. They were pro-active and offered constructive ideas in respect of the marketing. They kept us informed and also gave constructive feedback, (so many do not). If you are considering placing your home on the market I have no hesitation in recommending Ben, Sally & the team, second to none.

We have just sold a house through Homes, they were professional, always available to answer queries and a delight to work with. They worked incredibly hard to obtain a sale and kept me fully informed during the process. I would certainly use them again and would happily recommend them.PositiveProfessionalism

Overall I found the service very good and would like to thank all the team for their endeavours to sell my property. The only negative comment I would make is some lack of communication or sometimes none at all after viewings. Sarah Schonhut

Leo Sergiou from the Grayshott office of Homes Estate agents was first class with handling my parents’ sale in Beacon Hill. He was great at getting feedback from the viewings and at keeping them updated. He really impressed throughout - nothing was too much trouble.
