We used homes and initially communicated closely with Kevin who made the process very clear and easy to understand, Kevin was always very quick with responding and answering any questions we had. We then closely communicated with Ross, Ross always kept us in the loop and was extremely professional with his approach and proactive with our sale. It was a pleasure to work closely with Ross. If you are wanting to sell your property, I really recommend using Homes but especially Kevin and Ross as they have made the process a lot less stressful. We had a really great experience with everyone in this office, especially wanted to mention Ross, who we met at the first viewing of our now first home! He was very knowledgeable of the property, the area, had answers to all the questions we had and was so personable and approachable. We worked closely with Kevin and Ross throughout the buying process and they made the journey bareable and actually happen! We were kept up to date without having to ask for progress, any question we had was met with kindness and taken seriously. Honestly never had an experience like it, these guys have the patience of saints. Where do I start. Tanya from the first time we met and went over the sale of my mum's house she was there helping us and keep us well informed of what was happing with the whole chain. In this case the team at Grayshott were “my village” in selling my home. I’d like to express my gratitude to every team member who each had a part to play. Anyone can price a home and tell you what you want to hear but a home sells when it is priced right. I thankyou. My sister and I have recently helped our dad purchase a flat in Liphook. After months and months of frustration and feeling like we were never going to complete, Ross Bennett made contact with us and within a few weeks we finally completed!
