GoogleOnly wish I could give more than 5 stars! Had a difficult conveyancing made so much easier with Sally and her team, nothing was to much trouble and always on hand to help out and give advice. Special mention to Ross who despite me badgering him constantly always made me feel it wasn't a problem. So well done Homes, my favorite estate agents!

GoogleWe have sold two properties through Homes Estate Agents,Grayshott in the past year, and would not hesitate to use them again. The service has been excellent from Sally, Ben and the whole team, from the moment we initially walked into the office, keeping us up to date with viewings, suggestions re: our property, solicitors and the buyer. The sales progresser also updated us every Friday regarding the sale. All the team certainly helped to make the experience stress free.

We dealt with Ellie for the initial viewing and the subsequent transaction and she was excellent - fully engaged, very responsive, seemingly in-control at all times (even when we weren't), plus worked extremely hard to keep all parties up to date and dealing with complex obstacles that arose as part of the process. GoogleWouldn’t recommend. Ben the branch manager is rude. After complaining with Homes for not only not fulfilling their duty to provide an aftersales service to the end, on the day of moving there was a delay in completion and he put unnecessary pressure to leave the property even though half of our belongings were left behind. After going through the complaints procedure it seems the customer isn’t always right. No sympathy or compassion for the customers only for the purchaser and after spending a vast amount of money for their “service” we feel we it has not been value for money.

In brief, Ben our Branch Manager did not feel or believe he was impolite whatsoever, and that is not in his nature at all. Our sincere apologies if it came across that way. Ben was rather trying to convey the huge importance of you vacating your home as soon as possible following legal completion, as failure to do so can potentially impact sellers in serious financial consequences. Ben was naturally keen to help you avoid that scenario, and your buyers were also waiting sometime for the keys to their new home. As always, our goal is to serve our clients as efficiently and politely as possible, and we wish you all the best for the future.

The entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism, from the initial consultation to the beautifully presented listing and exceptional viewing feedback. I was primarily looked after by Tanya, who went above and beyond to ensure my sale was completed successfully. Her communication was outstanding, and her expert guidance kept the sale on track, even when challenges arose with solicitors. It’s no surprise to see Tanya mentioned so positively in the other reviews, she’s plainly a great asset to her team. I would highly recommend her without hesitation.
