GoogleSo pleased with the service from William H Brown, particularly from the Property Management Team. As a tenant in the same property for in excess of 14 years, I have found Lisa to be a real gem. Wonderful telephone manner, polite, courteous and helpful to a fault. No question too much, timely responses, guidance, and updates throughout. GoogleMy experience has been very positive overall. Alana was great and put us at ease when she came to value our house. The marketing of our property was spot on and we secured an offer quickly because the price was right. The photographer was also fab! Debbie was very helpful at different stages of the process. There was a slight dip in contact at some points in the middle but when Sarah Ellis came on board, she was absolutely amazing and worked hard to push us through on time. Iga was absolutely amazing with our property and never gave up with gaining us a property no matter what obstacles were thrown in her way. She stuck with us and kept us up to date on every step of the process, whether good or bad. GoogleHow do you describe the effort of a single individual in a few words? I cannot emphasise the gratitude that I have for SARAH ELLIS . She is the one of main reason that I am a homeowner today. Unfortunately my solicitor have failed to keep me well informed or up-to-date over the past few months and in particular the last two weeks of my purchase. However Sarah was the ONLY person who ALWAYS answered my calls and replied to my e-mails. She would call my solicitor and vendor solicitor regularly to keep escalating my queries on my behalf. Where others failed to maintain professionalism and lacked enthusiasm, Sarah was able to keep both her and my head above the water at all times. On occasions, I had almost given up on this purchase and decided to take my custom elsewhere. It was her persistence and hard-working ethic that led to the completion of this purchase. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you and your help is highly appreciated. I am still struggling to answer the question: How do you thank someone who helps you buy your home? GoogleWe had one small hic up but that was not directly the fault of William H Brown. Debby Black my agent was always there for me be a gentle hand holding session or business questions. I have not sold a house before so found the process very stressful but Debby was my gaudian angel throughout and I would happily give her 5 stars. Also purchasing a replacement home and although this was through a different agency Debby is always there with advice and guidance.

GoogleI used WHB for the sale of our property and despite being in lockdown they managed to secure a good number of viewings. Having lost our initial buyer at quite a late stage, within 48 hours a new buyer had been found and once Paul had taken ownership of our file he worked extremely hard to ensure the sale progressed. I'm sure I was very demanding of him (!) however all parties were conscious of the pressure we were under from the developers of our new home. Overall all, a really good experience and Paul was very professional and a pleasure to work with.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI recently sold my flat & below is my review on my sales Progressor - Sarah Ellis. I was impressed with Sarah throughout the sale process. It was clear to me from when Sarah phoned to introduce herself that she doesn’t mess around, wants to get things done ASAP & is pro active. Sarah kept in touch regularly until the completion day & was the one who suggested an exchange & completion prompt to the buyers to get things to the end. I also don’t like messing about & like to get things done, so it was good to work with Sarah during this. Would definitely recommend Sarah.

GoogleI have used William H Brown, a few years ago. The service was ok. It has really improved since Neil was onboarded as Lettings Manager. I am giving it four stars now, as Neil has been so helpful and professional. Neil is quick to assist with queries and questions over the telephone. Neil sees the bigger picture.
