GoogleAwful experience. Had my viewing scheduled 6 days prior and even confirmed by someone. I got there, none from the letting agency is aware that the viewing is scheduled. Called them 4 times, no answer. After that, someone got in touch with me and they’ve told me that the landlord is there and will do the viewing. Waited 30 mins outside the door, no answer. Extremely bad experience, would not recommend at all. Wasted 1 hour of my time. Definitely not prioritising the customers.

GoogleMy mother in law has no internet access,I chose Haart to sell her house.She was able to pop into the office and was helped every step of the way by Kia and Steve. The help she received from Nadine was amazing ,any question she had were answered and Nadine was able to guide her through the minefield that happens when selling a property. Well done and Thank you

GoogleWe were purchasing in a very large chain which created loads of delays due to the various solicitors involved however, Nadine Matthew was continuously trying her best to speed up the process. GoogleEmilio from Haart made my property purchase smooth, he was always there to answer my calls and went that extra mile to ensure all my questions were answered in a timely manner. This was best experience with an estate agent so far. Nadine was also was helpful during the later stages of my purchase.
