"Deeply saddened by the way the agency approched me on a property viewing. Unorganised agency, not prepared or taking into consideration these pandemic times AND how to safe guard customers.
I turned up at the property wearing a face mask and the agent wouldn't let me in property becuase i was wearing sandals....what a JOKE. I told the agent you should be prepared for all scenarios and should supply customers with shoe coverings....THATS IT.
Customer journey is poor. Not a happy customer....no more haarts agency for me."

GoogleExcellent 1st exposure, agent had latest info about prices in area.
He gave a fair price to start with.
As time went on I was advised to lower asking value by 5%.
A further reduction was advised once buyer was found, not to my liking.
But as I was advised that prices were going down, it would be better to accept. I felt that they were biased towards the buyer more than the seller.
The contract with Haart was binding for 2 months, so they were quick to sell at any price with in that period.
They kept me up to date with every development and progress during the whole process.
I gave a 4 star evaluation, because they are one of if mot the most expensive state agents in the market.

GoogleI contacted Haart to get my property valued after I had my property on the market for a while with another agent.I had the pleasure in meeting Steve who talked me through the whole process that haart could offer and I found him to be very knowledge , helpful. Steve also advised me that I would have Emilio who would accompany prospective buyers on the viewings. I eventually meet Emilio when he came to my house on viewings was pleasant, friendly, and made sure each person who entered my home at all viewings were showed around and well informed. I also had the pleasure in also dealing with Nadine who kept me well informed on the sale of my property from start to finish . On a whole I would recommend Haart Estate agents as I found them to be very professional and the staff who dealt with my sale was very helpful from the start to the end.
