GoogleI’ve recently completed my purchase with Haart and was very pleased with the service from Nadine Mathews. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist as best she could. The process was very stressful but she always done her best and communicated with both parties, ensuring she was always following up. Highly recommend her!

GoogleWe used Haart through The New Holmes Group along with two other estate agents to try and sell our house quickly. To give Som background, we had been on the market with an Estate Agent who was local (only) and claimed they could sell with their superior local knowledge. We blindly signed on a 12 week contract. To cut a long story short.they struggled to get people through the door and were full of excuses. As soon as Haart took on property, I knew they were different given the effort put in to photograph the property. From the time the property went on their web site we had a steady stream of interested parties and got an offer within about 6 weeks. During this period the staff at Haart were very good and kept us a great and obtained feed back from previous visits. This wasn't the case with the "local" estate agent who again offered excuses. In the end we sold the property through Haart and so did our neighbours. Thinking back we should have gone with Haart in the first place. Haart ate excellent and will help you sell your property.

GoogleExtremely dissatisfied with my service from haart, they fail to email even when they claimed they will. When they do reply it's only after you have reminded them to 3x after and no one seems to like helping here they just pass you around the offices colleagues instead of dealing with the problem themselves. Which leads to the problem being unsolved. Please do not trust 5 star ratings. They are from those who work at the agency. I can recognise names from the tons of email addresses they gave.
