Unprofessional estate agents only looking for a quick commission. After my offer was accepted with a house then accepted the same offer from another buyer. After trying to make it clear with the estate agent that I will only book a surveyor if I am the only buyer. After reassuring me I was, I booked the surveyor and wanted the property off the market as I booked the surveyor. After saying he would call us back within half an hour of asking, he never did. We called on the day he wasn't in the office to find out someone else booked a surveyor, which was not told to us at the beginning and told Ashneet if i was booking a surveyor I will be spending money so please do not mess me around. Which he did. As a first time buyer I wasn't aware they were meant to provide me an offer accepted letter, which I never received. When I spoke to the branch manager Jaz was told it was on my way by 2nd class stamp and on the same day was told another person has taken the house. I am really disgusted the way they have conducted themselves and would never want to deal with Haart again. After making sure everything was in place and ensuring no problems will arise later on. What a waste of time and messing up my credit score for them to get a quick commission

My previous experience selling my property with Estate agents is beyond poor. I refuse to suffer fools lightly and i generally consider all OTHER estate agents scum until proven otherwise. Zoe Gibbons and Sarah Harvey listened to what I like in an agent and acted professionally in the sale of my property. They had the right people viewing the property They communicated the feedback well They didn't ridiculously photoshop the images. They made sure the advert on Rightmove was accurate and made sense. To most people I would assume that this sounds like standard simple stuff, however I can assure you first hand that there is more than 1 Estate agent in Grays that isn't capable of completing these simple tasks. Haart estate agents rates are 1.5% which is 0.5% higher than the other agents on the high street, and they're still going strong where others are closing down. The trick to this is that they are legitimately better, at selling properties because they don't cut corners, they don't invite dozens of people round in a hope that 1 makes an offer, and they care enough to make sure that they are not wasting your time, nor wasting the time of potential purchasers (which is also important as that happened to me also!) The whole team have been fantastic and even the Broker is a super hard working star. She gets 5 stars also and she's not even finished yet. Thanks Shalina! I wish I had gone with my gut instinct initially and saved myself 6 months by paying the extra and going with them originally.

Do not use haart! I have never been so stressed out from one group of people in my life! They can barely do their job! Should have been a huge red flag when Steve said they would have no problem selling our flat for £20,000 higher than the other two agents that valued it at, however, we decided to go with haart since steve was very convincing. Two weeks later I get a phone call to lower the price by £15,000 because it wasnt going to sell at the original price they set. Our flat was on the 3rd floor and for the first few weeks they were only showing people in their 50s and older. They had volume of people coming to see the place but realistically were never going to buy. When things went south with our buyer Jas was extremely rude to us, my husband and myself, on the phone while we were at work and stressing us out so much that my sister in law had to contact him and tell him not to call us anymore to only deal with her. Before we could finalize on a new price to sell, Jas was showing our buyer new places, I know this because our buyer emailed me asking if we we going to lower the price or not because he was shown another place he wanted to buy if not. Jas refused to help with calling people to help get the sell going because it wasnt his job as he told me. My sister in law did most of the work calling people and getting things straight. I think haart, and their incompetent solicitors, convey law, they suggested us to use, should give 80% of what they earned to my sister in law because SHE was the one in contact with everyone and made the sell happen. Everyone above us in the chain would have pulled out if it wasnt for her! Our solicitor was extremely rude to the solicitors of the people we were buying from, and the solicitors in the chain above, that it really jeopardize our sell and buying our dream home. I cannot believe the amount of money we paid to people who didn't do anything.
