Dear Alex, We are not responsible for our client's fence panels. As an agent, we inform our clients of maintenance issues at their properties but whether they undertake repairs or not is up to them. If there are serious health and safety issues there may be other steps we can take but we are not responsible for the condition of the properties when you viewed the property you was happy with the condition of the property. If you would like to contact the office again and speak to Clark North (Managing Director), he is expecting your call and will reply in more detail to you directly. Kind Regards Edward Clark Estates
