Hi Brain. I'm extremely sorry you felt this deserved a 1 star review. The minute we discovered the appointment could not happen, we wanted to inform you immediately. We're in the business of selling and renting homes, not cancelling appointments. It was something genuinely out of our control. Thank you for your review, it is unfortunate you feel that way however we act on behalf of our landlord and when tenants leave a property in such a bad state of repair including fleas in the property where we had to get the property fumigated, glass door from the oven hanging off, new carpets put down that don’t even reach the threshold, and many other dis repairs, then yes money will be deducted from the tenant to put right and wrong doings they have created whilst in the property. However these are always backed up with quotations and the tenants are always welcome to obtain alternative quotations from qualified companies. Kind Regards Edward Clark Estates
