The awards and accolades that sits around her office does not do her any justice, she deserves a public recognition for her amazing work she does to secure you the best mortgage deals. I have had 3 brokers in the past and they were all not in her league - AT ALL!. Her warmth, her compassion, her personality, her loyatly and fierceness is what everyone DESERVES from a broker. She will do all your negotiations with estate agents (and boy can she neogotiate). If you are in love with a property she will do everything to MAKE SURE you get it! I know she has plenty of clients but I ALWAYS feel like I am her only one! She is fast, always available and HONEST. From start to finish, which took quite a long time due to some set backs with potential buyers everyone we dealt with was professional, communicative and gave a first class service. When our first buyer fell through they had viewings arranged within 10 minutes of putting the house back on the market and through this they had an offer within a few days! GoogleI've bought and sold many houses over the years, but the quality of service and sheer hard work by Rob jones from the grays branch who is currently working tirelessly to get my sale complete on time is second to none, he is going above and beyond what is standard service I've had in the past from other agents,
I don't mind saying that I have come to think of him as a friend during this whole process which should give you an idea of his level of commitment,
I honestly cannot recommend dealing with him if you are buying or selling in the grays branches area, I don't usually leave reviews but I just thought that his hard work should be recognised.

GoogleI had my flat on the market with Fresh for months with very few viewings & no offers, I changed to Bairstow Eves in Grays in late November 2018 & the flat was sold within 3 weeks.
Their approach was totally different from the marketing I had experienced with Fresh & had more viewings in the time it was with Bairstow Eves.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property & thanks again to Scott Nelson & his team at Grays.
