GoogleThe sale process from start to finish was positive and nothing was too much trouble. Scott nelson was patient and kept in touch by the odd friendly phone call (not intrusive) for over a year whilst our tenant tried to raise the funds to buy the property. Eventually we had to put the property on the open market and Scot visited several times to advise and eventually achieve a higher value than we had thought we could achieve. GoogleWe recently sold our house through Bairstow Eves and we were completely pleased and satisfied with the whole experience. From start to finish, which took quite a long time due to some set backs with potential buyers everyone we dealt with was professional, communicative and gave a first class service. When our first buyer fell through they had viewings arranged within 10 minutes of putting the house back on the market and through this they had an offer within a few days! GoogleIf you are looking for a mortgage broker DIONNE SMITH is the woman for you!!. The awards and accolades that sits around her office does not do her any justice, she deserves a public recognition for her amazing work she does to secure you the best mortgage deals. I have had 3 brokers in the past and they were all not in her league - AT ALL!. Her warmth, her compassion, her personality, her loyatly and fierceness is what everyone DESERVES from a broker. She will do all your negotiations with estate agents (and boy can she neogotiate). If you are in love with a property she will do everything to MAKE SURE you get it! I know she has plenty of clients but I ALWAYS feel like I am her only one! She is fast, always available and HONEST. Thank you for making my first-time buy the easiest and smoothest and exciting; I am so grateful that Andrew Marshall the manager at Bairstow reccomended you to me; you have been the biggest blessing. GoogleI've bought and sold many houses over the years, but the quality of service and sheer hard work by Rob jones from the grays branch who is currently working tirelessly to get my sale complete on time is second to none, he is going above and beyond what is standard service I've had in the past from other agents, I don't mind saying that I have come to think of him as a friend during this whole process which should give you an idea of his level of commitment, I honestly cannot recommend dealing with him if you are buying or selling in the grays branches area, I don't usually leave reviews but I just thought that his hard work should be recognised. Well done Rob ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
