As we have pointed out to you on several occasions, in writing, your landlord is unable to release you from your tenancy until you deliver up vacant possession on the property, which you have not been able to do. As previously stated, we continue to obtain legal advice regarding the correct course of action with your tenancy and will keep you, and your landlord, updated throughout the process.
