People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

Terrible. Was booked to view a flat near Holloway Road, viewing cancelled because they suddenly rented to someone over the phone who they sent a video to. Terrible agents, don't waste your time.

No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. Part of the service we provide to our clients includes referencing all prospective tenants, each tenant will need to pass the referencing process in order to enter into a tenancy agreement. Prior to you completing your reference links you were provided a copy of the Holding Deposit Brochure which explained in detail circumstances under which a deposit may not be refunded, as well as further information on the checks that would be carried out by the referencing company on each of you. It is unfortunate that you were unable to pass referencing, and therefore unable to proceed with the property, however, we wish you success in finding alternative accommodation.

I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.

We had an unpleasant experience with our local Hunters and now these pests from head office are repeatedly sending us letters urging us to let them take care of our unsold property. We wouldn't use them if they were the last estate agent in the country.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
