GoogleSharing my experience about winkworth is very easy to do. Sue and Rachel went above and beyond for me to find the best place to rent for my needs. Thanks to them both they found me a beautiful 2 bed flat in a fabulous village location just a short drive from where my family are. So a big thank you to them both. I would recommend Winkworth all the way.

GoogleCannot fault the service right from the initial visit by Victoria - her frank advice was taken and the house marketed. They were happy to do viewings and Julie kept in touch from the offer to completion and was very accommodating in terms of helping us chase the various parties involved. Overall wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleI imagined selling my property during a national lockdown would be difficult but the team at Winkworth were superb. Daniel went the extra mile not only to secure a sale but to follow it through to completion with a personal and professional approach. GoogleI am not one for sharing my thoughts, but estate agents get bad reports and you never seem to hear good things so I wanted to share my experience especially with the current situation with COVID-19. I phoned Winkworth for a viewing on a property and I asked about the procedure of viewing a house with COVID, I spoke with a young man Daniel who explained the procedures they and his clients were carrying out. It was very clear and well explained, unfortunately the house we wanted to view had SOLD before we got chance to view, however I was very impressed with the service they gave and when I'm ready to sell my properties I will certainly be giving them a call.

I had a viewing scheduled for two properties today at 3.pm, at 3.05pm no one was there to greet me, so I dropped the office a call asking how long the would be, and I was notified they would chase the agent up and and call me straight back. another 10 minutes had gone by with no update from Winkworth, so I dropped them another call, where I was then told they tried to call me 10 minutes before my appointment time, to say that an electrician has got the keys and can't let me in. After checking my phone, I had no missed calls, voicemails, or email advising me of this. Poor service, and even worse organisational skills.

Unfortunately as we explained on the phone, the landlord has the keys as he is currently doing maintenance work and we were unable to reach the caretaker to arrange for him to meet with you. We apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are more than to arrange an alternative date/time for you to view this rental property.

GoogleWinkworth Grantham have managed a BTL for me since 2012. They have always been professional and found good tenants that looked after the property. This year I decided to sell and chose Winkworth to do this for me. A good market value was set and the property sold within 4 days. Due to hard work and professionalism this sale has now completed. So many thanks to the team for making this happen.

GoogleDon't advertise your rental houses with this company.molly who we have dealt with is uneducated and has no people skills.is horrendous and communicating between a landlord and tenant..don't waste your money in thinking they will manage your property .I wouldn't even give them a star..useless company
