Helped me through every step, from completing forms and helped me with the Solicitor. She is a credit to the team there and is so very patient with everything. GoogleWe purchased our home through Winkworth in January 2020 and found Daniel and his colleagues to be extremely supportive, no matter what the question or how little it seemed to us they took the questions very seriously and guided us through the potential pitfalls that can occur when purchasing a house. During our search we came across other agents and I have to do admit that I was not impressed as much as I was with Winkworth and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling through this agency who put the customer first and foremost.

GoogleThank you for being fantastic over the last few months, from the day Daniel walked into our home and discussed selling the property with me, to the day it completed Winkworth and Daniel have been a huge help. When having difficulties with solicitors we have been able to call you and get answers almost immediately which has massively helped us. From your initial visit we sold our house in less than two weeks, and completed in eleven. Winkworth also helped us sell a second property in this time too. Both Daniel and Val have been godsends throughout the process when issues with solicitors have slowed us down. Thankyou for all your help. Jo and Richard Greenfield.

GoogleBEWARE.. Agents returned my tenants deposit back to the tenants when I changed agents without my knowledge or consent leaving me in a very vulnerable state with no deposit and tenants in situ I am left out of pocket with rent arrears and damages to my property, Winkworth have offered no help as I am left with large repair bills and loss of rents thousands of pounds out of pocket that I am struggling to cover, I sent email asking for them to at least please re-emburse me the deposit they gave back it took them 4 months to reply no but offered £250 goodwill, Ombudsman are involved and Trading Standards, inventory was unsigned and no EPC given to tenants as law states should be.. terrible experience bad management and still ongoing.

GoogleJust sold our house through Winkworth and we were very impressed by the level of professionalism throughout. Daniel first valued the property in 2019 along with several other agents, but his assessment and feedback was the most detailed and honest. Winkworth were our only choice when it came to selling and they managed the process from start to finish keeping us regularly updated. Thank you to you and the team Daniel for an excellent service.

GoogleI found Winkworth staff Rachel and Sue to be so professional and amazing throughout the whole process of letting, the attention to detail is second to none, They left us hand soap in bathroom and kitchen sink and roll to dry hands on, plus toilet roll hotel folded which proved invaluable whilst between houses, everything was dealt with smoothly and efficiently. Thank you so much ladies for a really professional service.

GooglePoor service- I emailed last week asking for a valuation and I haven't heard a thing. I have tried calling on multiple occasions to follow up this week and nobody has got back to me. Since nobody has had the decent courtesy to email/phone me back, I have since gone on with another agent
