Alex was very thorough when conducting the valuation. A professional approach to his work he came well prepared not only with information but with answers to all our questions. When listing the house he had an array of camera equipment to really bring out the best in the house. Alex has been in touch constantly through the process with regular updates. Even when interest was low he would update us with the "boring" stuff happening in the background. Not once have we had to call or chase for information. Leanne was great from start to finish, everything she said she would do she did and ended up selling the house in 3 days! A lot different from last years fiasco with newton fallowell when they asked me the seller what can we do to sell your house, this time round with haart’s and Leanne she started off with a strategy which she explained over the phone to us. She did exactly what she said she was going to do and it SOLD. We did look around at other estate agents but from photography to strategy haart’s were far superior with good staff

Tom made me feel very confident from the first interaction to handover, a gent who is factual and not hard selling which put me off with other agents. The partnership with colleague Tracey really works and although at first I was nervous I am so glad I went with Haart. I personally would recoomend Haart estate agents in Grantham, as they are prefessional and curtious and also very welcoming. All the team there especially Tom and Ruby went above and beyond when we were looking for our first house and they both were very accomadating and patient with all the houses we looked at, until they helped us find the right property for us. I could honestly say if we decide to move again in the future they would be our first port of call. Highly recommended.

I am currently selling my apartment with Haart, and what can I say they have been amazing at marking my apartment. Within a week I had received a number of views which I leased with Thomas from the Grantham branch, within 10 days of my apartment going on the market I’d sold my apartment. Thomas has been amazing giving me a regular update on the sale process once a week, and also just keeping in contact with any progress or developments. I am completely satisfied with the service I am receiving from Haart and Thomas is going above and beyond he is extremely approachable , friendly and professional at all times. Our experience with Haart has been amazing. Our house was listed quickly, with clear pictures and a good description. We had viewers almost every day for the couple of weeks the house was on the market before it sold.
