Laura Willets is incredible. Her wealth of knowledge is impeccable. I have met many estate agents over the years, and the time spent with Laura welcoming her into our home prior to putting our home up for sale is truly inspiring. Her drive, energy, and expertise by far stands out from the rest. I feel privilege to have spent time with Laura knowing she is a Partner in Haart's, and I feel reassured Haart's will support us with empathy and compassion to sell our home. Thank you.

Laura has been fantastic helping me buy my flat from my landlady, it was very comforting to have Laura visit my property and talk about getting the mortgage, it felt like i have Laura for years even though we had literally just met! I would highly recommend Laura to visit your property for valuations or viewings! If i could if could 6 to 10 stars i would!

I contacted haart to arrange additional information and viewings on two properties in the Grantham area. The information and viewings were sorted very quickly. I found the website easy to use and I found information shown was accurate when viewing. Laura Willets was very helpful , professional and had all the required information. Top marks team haart!

I met this morning with Laura Willets to chat about selling our house with Haart. I had spoken with her a couple of times on the phone and been really impressed with her energy and positivity. In person, Laura was dynamic, personable, knowledgeable and I just knew she was the person to sell our house. Her energy and focus on you as a person and client was fantastic. Her advice on getting the house ready was great. I was really impressed with her exceptional customer service - very rare and really valued. Thank you.

My family and I have been working with Laura Willets from Haart in Grantham. We are now on the market and receiving viewings in less than 24 hours after going live. Laura has been considerate of our family situation and our son who has been around whilst paperwork was signed and photo's were taken. Laura has explained everything clearly and in detail making sure we understand the complicated process of buying and selling our house. We look forward to continuing to work with Laura and the rest of the Haart team and thank her for her hard work.

Thanks to Laura from Haart Grantham for our valuation today. She was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to connect with, and gave us good advice. Also no hard sell either which was welcome!

Laura has been so accommodating when it has come to having my house valued and coming to do the paperwork to sell, communication has been excellent as I struggle to make phonecalls in work hours and she has worked completely around my needs. Highly recommend

Alex is lovely man, however we decided to come off the market with Haarts due to multiple different reasons which have been addressed with Haarts area manager. We have gone back on with a agency that has multiple staff rather than just one colleague, and also one that advertises on the top two house sites rather than just one. We felt Haarts couldn’t provide us with what we needed. Nothing personal to Alex. We wish him best for the future. Hopefully we might buy a house through him in the future.

I can honestly say that Laura has gone up, above and BEYOND to accomodate us.If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Exceptional communication, attitude & commitment to the cause. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex from Haart, his passion & commitment to his work shines through at every step of the way. He was exactly the type of person I wanted showing people around my home. He added a positive spin on any negative comment that I made about my property, and had a very engaging personality. People buy from people, and he is definitely an asset to Haart Estate Agents. Even though I eventually decided not to sell my house, I would recommend Alex in a heart beat.
