The service we received from all the staff we dealt with was fantastic. In addition to Hannah and Leanne I also dealt with Carl, Mark and Alex. Everyone worked together as a team and made all the processes very easy and smooth. They certainly took all the stress out of the process for us.

Wouldnt even give a star very poor service not helped with leak even tho have a 2month old and 5 year old in house, had to sort myself (not a plumber), pipes sound like guna blow when run a bath and dodgy wireing in bathroom, no1 as yet to sort this, when landlord asks why they havent got there rent u can tell them why, shamefull behavouir

My property has been rented out since 2007. I have complete peace of mind even though I live miles away in Warwickshire. The staff are always very helpful and courteous. I have only visited the property twice in ten years which goes to show that Belvoir Grantham are doing a great job.

I honestly can't praise Belvoir enough and specifically Natalie and Hannah for all their help and making the process of moving house that little bit easier without having to stress and worry about the 'behind the scenes' bits!
