Terrible Estate Agent. Cant manage their vendors and too busy touting for other business instead of concentrating on what they currently have. Zero communication to other agents in the chain and not willing to help or assist in getting everyone completed. Personally cost me a house purchase because of their inability to manage their vendor. The manager there is a complete waste of space. Avoid!!

I have just completed on a house through fox & sons and they did a great job. Shout out to Teegan for finding us our home and being so good in calling up and checking in with us whenever she found a property she thought we might like. Also to Matt who arranged our mortgage for us and chased for us when there were delays with the lender. Would definitely use the services again.

Excellent service in helping us find our home! Teegan is just fab! She offered to take us around as many houses as we needed to ensure she found us the right one. She paid excellent attention to what our non negotiable features were and made sure she found us houses that met our criteria. She was also really flexible with viewings as we were very limited with our availability. I felt like I was getting really personal service and that Teegan actually cared about finding us a home. Ok as I write this a couple of things to mention 1) I am not an employer of Fox and Sons Estate Agent or do I know anyone there or in fact a relative of mine works there 2) the current property market is absolutely crazy, have you experienced 10 viewings at the same property on the same day only to lose out, what do you do? Answer - you have a great experience with an Estate Agent who you can trust, will keep their word, will advise and help and go the extra mile to assist you in your purchase and on top of that they are genuine very nice people as well as...... I had a great experience with Teegan and Michael. Banging on their door very early one morning before Teegan had even fired up her computer she welcomed me with a smile asking how can she help. Sensing and then hearing and understanding my frustrations Teegan made me a promise, offered me a solution and then carried it out exactly as she said it would be. I then was able to view, make an offer and everything has been bloomin marvellous. On top of that I met with Michael and he too has been exactly the same. What can I say except, don't be out foxed elsewhere go and see Fox and Sons !!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Myself and my partner went to a number of different estate agents mortgage consultants for advise around year before we were ready to start house hunting. All of them were completely uninterested in us and were very negative about our position, which left us feeling quite disheartened. However Sam from Fox and Sons is completely different - she was so positive and helpful. Sam helped us set a goals, talked us through everything and then proceeded to check in with us regularly over the course of a year to see how we were getting on. As we were first time buyers we found everything a bit daunting, but Sam talked us through everything and made sure it was all clear. Sam is not only professional, but she is friendly and a complete joy to work with. A year and a bit later, we're now in a beautiful house. Sam really goes the extra mile for her clients, and the Gosport branch is so lucky to have her. If you're looking for help with your mortgage ASK FOR SAM. Her customer service is second to none.
