Britney was very helpful and proactive in sending properties through to view, even ones I had not seen/found myself, which resulted in me finding (Britney finding) the perfect place I viewed with Harvey who was also very friendly and helpful. I ended up having an accepted offer less than 24 hours after viewing the property with the additional help of Matt & co. Very efficient team.

My partner and I used Fox & Sons to find a property to rent, we were fortunate enough to have Shania and were blown away by her service. She was very thorough in her work and easy to get hold of, as well as being flexible with regards to visiting the property after 5pm, rather than being forced to take time out of work for a viewing. I am not exactly a fan of estate agents but would recommend Shania Perry for anyone wishing to make the rental process much easier.
