We have been renting with fox and sons for nearly 2 years now with no issues, Oakley has been great throughout. We then decide to start to look to buy our first home and we were very nervous about how it all happens ect. Matt, our mortgage advisor, explained the whole process and put our minds at ease. We have now exchanged on our house and Matt has been nothing but supportive and helpful throughout. Everyone we have spoken to within the branch has been very friendly. Definitely recommend for renting and buying! Thanks a lot guys!

After living in the same house for many years, moving seemed a very daunting prospect. However, things seemed a lot easier after contacting Fox & Sons. Kyle and Oakley were helpful and friendly, keeping us updated with all steps of the renting process, returning calls etc when necessary. Worked closely with Helena for our mortgage, it was more complicated due to be self-employed. The first mortgage provider pulled out at the last minute but Helena worked tirelessly and found us a new great deal with a different company the same day. This hiccup did hold up proceedings a little but Helena kept us informed every step of the way. For the property side of things we mainly spoke with Mike, again super helpful and kept us up to date, found out answers to our questions the same day. We exchanged at the weekend and couldn't be happier.

We recently moved with fox and sons and had a great experience with Kyle. He is so friendly and helpful! We’ve never let with an agency before so this was our first time. So when we had questions Kyle was there to answer them in a friendly and understandable manner. Over the last few years, Fox & Sons have been our ‘go to’ for getting an up to date valuation on our property; to see how much it was worth at that time. Michael Raper had previously carried out the valuations and we found him to be extremely helpful and professional. That wasn’t the right time for us, however this year, was our time to sell and upsize. We made contact with various local Estate Agents to obtain a valuation. Mark Weir of Fox & Sons came and did it for us on this occasion. We appreciated his straight talking, none sugar coated approach (other EA’s were valuing our property at a larger sum, which we simply knew wasn’t realistic!). After spotting our dream home, also on the market with F&S, this sealed the deal and we decided to sell with them too. Won’t lie, we had a couple of friends & family members that did try warning us off using F&S. Even one of the other EA that did a valuation for us were slagging them off (extremely unprofessional I thought). I’m glad we didn’t listen, as they have been AMAZING! Britney & Harvey were superb at notifying us of viewings and also providing feedback for each one. Our house was on the market for 12 weeks; Michael was the one to ring us and give us the great news that someone had put the perfect offer in, for our house. In turn, we put an offer on the house we wanted, which was then accepted (this house did go within the 12 weeks ours was on the market, this fell through and became available again, Britney rang us immediately to let us know, which we were extremely thankful for). They were really made up for us that everything worked out. Really lovely bunch of Estate Agents and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend using them -  we wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future if the need were to ever arise. They’ve really looked after us from beginning to end. Don’t hesitate to contact them if you need to sell your home!

I approached Gemma -mortgage adviser when I had no hope that will ever own a home. Gemma was super friendly, very knowledgeable, made us very welcome and worked so hard even on her day off and evenings/weekends to help us achieved our dream. No fuss, no drama, very clear on explain the process. Gemma is very hard working, and the whole process was nice and smooth while I know she worked hard on the background. All staff very friendly and very welcoming. I strongly recommend her services to all my friends/family and there is no high number to rate her attitude, knowledge and help . As we bought a new build it wasn't his role to continue to help us get answers but he did and always made sure we got the answers we needed. I can't say that necessarily for the rest of the team. I can’t thank Fox and Sons Gosport enough for their help in selling my grandparents’ house when they moved into care. Our sale should have progressed smoothly as we didn't have a chain. Unfortunately not, we had a bit of a rocky road with solicitors who were far from helpful.. Teegan was the only professional throughout. Bought my house through Fox & Sons and received an absolute first class service from them with Marion going above and beyond to see this deal through. It took a total of seven stressful months to get to completion with the solicitors on both sides being slow and the Service Management Agents being best described as inept with very little in the way of communication skills. Throughout all this though, Marion kept abreast of goings on and acted as the go-between for all parties keeping me up to date on the latest and worked relentlessly right to the end. I can't praise her enough for the work she put in on this. Thanks.
