Amazing experience, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, constantly getting updates and all appointments are tailored to our specifics. Great service and Skylar's local knowledge and detailed information about the individual properties easily surpassed those of the local competitors. Follow up and feedback calls were informative, positive and totally relevant. Katie did a truly exceptional job of progressing what should have been a simple straightforward sale , being a cash sale, no chain or mortgage on either side however it dragged on for 4 months!Without Katie’s help and support I think I would have been under heavy sedation by now! She kept up a constant pressure on slow moving solicitors, always polite but always precise and to the point.She is a great asset to her employer, but even more importantly she is invaluable to their clients.

From the moment Adam arrived at my home, until the day I handed over the keys for the new owners at the Gosport Beals Branch nothing was too much. Katie who looked after everything once the house had been sold, would update me along the way, which saved me a worry. The staff at Gosport when I rang were all polite and helpful and would sort out any queries I had. All I can say is thank you, all of you, you made a very difficult decision I had to make a lot easier. I would highly recommend Beals Gosport and would use them again when the opportunity arises.
