Poor quality of service. As a landlord deciding to use Beales was a big mistake. They really don’t care about providing a quality service or supporting the landlord. If you decide to use Beales to manage your property, you will quickly learn that the most important thing to them is getting anyone into your property for the sake of securing the monthly agent fees.

Terrible! My son has been chasing for a meter reading for 4 months and still no response. No answerphone either. I’d avoid!

Dan and Olly were extremely helpful during the process of our recent house sale. Dan sent numerous emails every day towards the end of the transaction. Constantly pushing the process forward, due to the buyers solicitors being extremely slow and inefficient. What should have been an easy no chain transaction took 6 months, it would have been longer without Beales expertise. Thanks guys.

GoogleThey are good at wanting to get house buying processes moving, as well as very quick to complete tasks. However, they try to put on pressure when not needed. Also ended up liaising with three people instead of one. Also, one of their estate agents broke GDPR laws and found my name on Facebook and privately messaged me (9 months after) and asked me to hold her mail (she was also the individual we bought the property from) Not only was I uncomfortable with being contacted on Facebook, but after 9 months, you’d think that you would have redirected your mail by then (we had still been getting all of the mail). I contacted their head office to make a complaint and I was told that someone would contact me that week to discuss what happened and what I would like to happen further this. Well, I didn’t get a phone call.

Daniel Back has been helpful in every aspect and I can't recommend him enough.
