GoogleHopeless looking for any excuse not to sell my property possibly as they have been managing the flat for over 7 years and accuse me of receiving texts that I have not and just one communication after another No wonder people are using computer agents

GoogleI recently moved back to Swansea and required a rental property in a very short space of time. I can honestly say I’ve never seen such a fast, professional and responsive service. The viewing was carried out the same day I phoned and upon arrival I was welcomed into the property, the viewing was really professional and friendly. Shortly after the viewing, it was followed up by the letting manager Alice. I explained my situation and Alice assured me she would do her best to move things along as quickly as possible. It wasn’t long after the conversation I had email correspondence with all the relevant information to proceed with the letting. I have to say the communication and effort to help me get into the property didn’t go unnoticed. I even had a lovely card from the team! I will certainly be returning in the future when purchasing a property through this estate agents, highly recommended!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleNot the best experience, so many issues I can’t be bothered to list them all. Last straw for me was receiving a demand from their head office for the EPC for £95 despite being told by this branch that I didn’t have to pay it. Find another estate agent to do your selling for you.

GoogleDisappointed after applying for a job with themselves and making it for an interview I was told they would be in touch 3-4 days after and I heard nothing, I phone them myself 10 days later and asked to speak to the lady that took the interview, he says yeah no problem. He tactfully asks who's speaking replying my name back to me, he then put me on hold, to then tell me she wasn't in office, the call ended so I tried to return the call and no answer, coincidence really, but if that's how they handle recruitment then I wouldn't want them handling the sale of my property,

GoogleThe staff at Peter Alan Gorseinon have been fantastic to deal with. We were going through with our third property purchase and the service we have received from them has been impeccable. I would like to give Megan Davies a mention from the Lettings side as once completed on the purchase we had to set up a tenancy agreement quickly. Fair play she and the rest of the team were great in being able to communicate and organise this process effectively through with the least amount of stress and delay. A great service!

GoogleI think Paula in lettings in peter alan in gorseinon helps me to get my flat I wanted but there is a lot of work needs doing in the flat it's very low standed not high in fact I give 0 out of ten for it you goto nag peter alan to do stuff
