Gina is exceptional in her job role, great in communication and swift in responding to emails. Having travelled from Newport to Gorseinon to view the property i wasn't all that happy because they couldn't find the key into the property but encountering Gina was all worth it in the end because she left me with a smiling face and i suddenly forgot my stress. I anticipate enjoying the new refurbished apartment with equipped modern kitchen. I will recommend Gina to anyone looking up in renting a property as she would leave you with the best.

Our personal experience with Peter Allen is a disgrace from start to finish. Paid for a service which we did not have. Paid a lot of money to them for nothing apart from putting a sign up and 2 viewings. A complaint is going to there head office over a few other things. Will never use them again.

Contacted Peter Alan Gorseinon to set up a viewing about a week ago. We were contacted by phone on the number we provided to set up the appointment which was due today at 4:30 pm. We arranged time off work for the appointment. Received a text last night from Peter Alan confirming the appointment today. Despite the several earlier confirmations this morning I received an email at 10:54 am from the manager asking if we would like to go ahead with the appointment this afternoon? At work so didn’t see the email, only 26 minutes later the Manager of the Gorseinon branch sent a cancellation email. I contacted the Manager by phone asking why they canceled the appointment, turns out that they were phoning someone else’s number and NOT the number provided, the same number that they originally phoned us on to make the appointment and had texted us on the night before to confirm the appointment. I asked them to attend the appointment, and their answer, they could not because they were too busy. If the Manager of a branch cannot manage to use the correct phone number to call a client after using it at least twice before to set the appointment and then refuses to make good on their mistake I don’t hold up much confidence for the same person to act professionally whilst marketing a house and setting up viewings. Not using Peter Alan now due to their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to acknowledge their mistake, amateurs.

Leaving this review to thanks The team at Peter Alan for the hard work and professionalism shown in the process of getting our property sold. Rhiannon and the team at the Gorseinon took a lot of stress and pressure out of the equation and made the whole experience very enjoyable! Nothing was too much trouble and I could phone or email Rhiannon and Jonathan at any time. I was always met with a helpful and Friendly reply. I will be using these guys again. Dire very bad service only giving one star as I can't give a zero rating verbally agreed to buy a property sold through them put my property up for sale sold it within two weeks notified Peter Alan Gorseinon and we're met with excuses and return phone calls which never came finally we were told it had been sold and the contract signed four days earlier then a later call we were asked to up our offer which was refused and I asked how can an offer be made on a property that has been signed for... No reply very poor and not professional at all

Avoid - Booked a house valuation appointment but they no showed. Phoned them up and it turned out one of the staff "forgot to put it in the diary". I had to take valuable time to leave work for this and it was disappointing to receive an unprofessional service with such a lack of regard to the customer. Selling a house is a long process and communication is key and they failed at the first hurdle. Won't be using them again in future.

Like trying to get blood out of a stone Peter Alan, Gorseinon. We intended to write a comprehensive review but we’re just glad that the process is over with. We can summarise the experience as ‘like trying to get blood out of a stone.’ The good: getting the house on the market and finding a buyer. The bad: N/A The ugly: once a buyer was found, and despite making allowances for COVID, communication was absolutely hopeless and based on this would not recommend.

Very professional and extremely helpful team. Made first contact via an email in which I had a prompt phone call back from a lovely sales representative that arranged a viewing for the property I was interested in. She also arranged for me to have a chat with the in-house mortgage advisor, although I had a mortgage in principle already in place I found him to very informative and went through a lot more options that were previously open to me via a different company, I am now using his services. I viewed the property with the same person that rang me and it was a brilliant viewing she gave us plenty of time and was willing to answer any questions we had. After further assistance from the mortgage advisor and branch manager I was successful in the offer. I'm really grateful for such fantastic service and can't wait to get everything done with them.
