I received very good service from Jacob's steel. The staff were really friendly and helpful and I got lots of feedback after viewings so I knew views of the people who had viewed the property. It was easy to log in and see how many viewings had occurred so you could track how people had been round. The photos taken were very clear. In all I was very satisfied with the service received and ended up with 2 offers in one morning!!

We instructed Jacob Steel, Goring Road Worthing in our recent house sale and are happy with our choice. Compared to other agents , the commission rate was very favourable. We were very impressed by the courteousy and diligence of all the staff and by the way in which several members of the team came to familiarize themselves with our property when it went to market. Communication between branches was good and we had several viewings within days of going to market; some were arranged through other branches where our property had also been featured. It was only a few weeks before the right buyer was found for us. We were also impressed by the way in which the negotiator handling our sale kept in touch with other parties up and down the chain' and kept us well informed and represented throughout the process.

I cannot thank Jo enough for all her help in getting us moved ....the remarkable thing about this is we were not Jacob Steel clients and they were not acting for us on our sale but were simply dealing with one of the buyers that formed part of our chain. I could not get the help and consistent support from my own agent but once I had been in contact with Jo to try establish what I was being told by my own agent (which was not true) Jo took control of everything. She rang me constantly to update me and on the day of the move she chased the money through the chain for me. I don't know what to say but a massive thank you! This was my first time in West Sussex house hunting, and I set out to meet an agent from Jacobs Steel at the house for a viewing. When I arrived at the station I was not feeling at all well. I rang the agent and he was friendly and helpful, quickly agreeing to pick me up from the station instead of meeting me at the house as agreed. Even then I was not able to make the viewing; I was just not fit. So Ross offered to drive me back to my hotel. I didn't ask him to but I accepted very gratefully. I have been "blown away" by the open, friendly help I received and will go back to Jacobs Steel when I make my next visit. Thank you, Ross
