I bought a house in difficult circumstances. Rachel from Jacob Steel was absolutely fantastic. Not only professional but caring as well. She went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through. I will 100% use Jacob Steel in the future if Rachel is still working there.PositiveQuality

Having used Jacobs Steel in the nineties, and receiving an excellent service, it was only natural that I should use them again for both selling my current place and buying a new one. And I was not disappointed, just as good as before! Charlie at Jacobs Steel has been very helpful and informative throughout the process, which took a little longer than usual due to both properties being flats, but I am still very pleased with the excellent service. Certainly when it comes to choosing an estate agent in the future, there can be only one choice.

Amy was the most helpful and patient person I have come across. She was always there with an answer and made what was a very difficult sale (no fault of the estate agent) so much easier. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell in the area.

I recently purchased a property through Jacobs Steel estate agents, west worthing branch led by Managing Director Patrick Barton. The service I received as a client was absolutely fantastic. From the outset of my offer being submitted right through to the day of completion, I really can't fault the exceptional service I received from Patrick Barton, Ross Hollingdale and Charlie Haines. Jacobs Steel as an estate agents exceeded my expectations time after time. A rather complicated property purchase that perhaps took longer than your average transaction through no fault of Jacobs Steel ( issues over ownership of a garage), but Both Patrick and Ross were always on hand to respond to my telephone calls, emails and offer words of support, advise and reassurance. As a client I felt they really did hold my hand so to speak, through this very complex property purchase that took almost 9 months to conclude. If every client that buys or sells through Jacobs Steel receives the level of exceptional service I did, then it is clear to see why Jacobs Steel boards dominate the area!. Arguably Jacobs Steel are one of the biggest and probably one of the most successful estate agents in West Sussex. If I were buying or selling again they would undoubtedly be my first choice. I have recently recommended Jacobs Steel to one of my new neighbours who is considering selling her house. I would recommend without hesitation to family and friends. The day of completion a beautiful bouquet of flowers were left at the property for me which i thought was such a lovely surprise, and kind gesture from the team at Jacobs Steel. I would like to say a very special thankyou to Ross, who worked tirelessly on the purchase file week after week. Ross is probably one of the most nicest estate agents you could ever wish to meet, so polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I would like to also say thankyou to the lovely trainee negotiator Charlie, who showed me around the property I fell in love with the moment he opened the door!. Who is the most helpful, polite and kind young man. Clearly Charlie has a very enviable future ahead of him at Jacobs Steel. And finally, not forgetting the real superstar of the west Worthing office! the absolutely charming and delightful Patrick Barton. A true professional Managing Director that clearly thrives to offer the best possible service to clients each and everyday. I hope you all enjoyed the champange!

Charlie and all the team at Jacobs Steel at Goring By Sea are the BEST and friendliest estate agents!! Always professional, prompt to return calls and keeping you posted all the way from the initial chat to keeping you posted about expected completion. Attention to detail on their property description/photographs and updates on viewings and feedback. They were spot on with the valuation in this current market. Highly recommended.
